Aidan Senior Living is looking for a full time LPN (3 x 12/hour shifts OR 4 X 8/HOUR SHIFTS) to join our small Skilled Nursing Facility on the beautiful Southern Oregon Coast.

Aidan is a small family-orientated facility, averaging a census of 20 residents. We are known in the community for staffing to acuity and not federal minimums. We average CNA to resident ratios of 1:5 on day shift and 1:6 on eve. This helps the charge nurse run their floor, as they are responsible for care and services during their shift. Currently, the building runs with 2 nurses on the floor 8 hours a day (6A-2P), and this works to improve resident care and increase efficiency and improve outcomes for nursing staff. We strive everyday to improve so that our residents can reach their maximum quality of life.

The ideal candidate would have prior skilled nursing experience but we are willing to train the right person to join our team. Applicants must be licensed in the State of Oregon, be in good standing, be able to pass a background check.
